ISI is the Institute for Scientific Information, which developed and produced the Science Citation Index (SCI), Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI), and the Arts and Humanities Citation Index (AHCI). ISI is now owned and operated by Thomson Reuters, which as integrated the three indexes into the “Web of Science,” (WoS). WoS is a citation index that provides citation info for over 12,000 journals in all different fields. WoS lists all bibliographic references in the journals it covers (although it doesn’t include citations in books or in book chapters, with a few exceptions). Just as a point of info, WoS does have a number of problems as a source of citation data, but I’m not sure that matters for you.
Thomson Reuters also operates Journal Citation Reports (JCR), which provides a lot of info, including impact factors, about science and social science journals. JCR has a Science Edition and a Social Science Edition. However, JCR only provides journal level info – it does not have info on citations of individual scholars or articles. For any given year (since 1997, when JCR began), you can search the JCR for a specific journal, or for all the journals within a subject category, or all journals published by a specific publisher, or all journals published in a specific country. For each journal and year, the JCR includes things like the total number of citations in the journal, the journal impact factor (JIF), the 5-year JIF,trend graphs, journal immediacy index, journal cited half-life, and a lot of other stuff. JCR does not cover all the journals in the WoS, though.
Both WoS and JCR are part of Thomson Reuters’ Web of Knowledge platform – Web of Knowledge also includes a number of other resources as well, like Medline and Current Contents.
Ernesto - as I understand it, any journal that is indexed in SCI, SSCI, or AHCI is an ISI journal.
JCR is a separate product offered by Tnomson Reuters. Not every ISI journal is covered by JCR. I'm not certain how the selection process works but according to the website, JRC covers over 10,800 journals - over 8,400 in the science edition and over 3,000 in the social sciences edition. Web of Science covers over 12,000 journals in the Core Collection.

Scopus引用文獻索引資料庫
Scopus為Elsevier公司所出版，所收錄資料與WOS雖有重複但並不一致，WOS所收錄之期刊皆為同儕審查過之專業學術期刊，Scopus收錄包含未經同儕審查的商業期刊、學術期刊、開放取用的期刊、出版中的期刊論文、研討會論文、專書著作、各國專利文獻、科學網站等等各類型學術資訊。
Scopus收錄學科皆以自然科學、醫學、應用科學類文獻為主，在人文社會學科的相關資料極少，但自2009年起，增加收錄全球3,500種人文社會學科期刊後，所收錄的學科領域大為擴增，目前收錄的內容有超過7,100種的物理與工程類文獻，6,700種的健康科學類文獻，4,300種的社會科學、心理學、經濟學文獻和4,100種的生命科學類文獻，是全球資料量最大的引用文獻索引資料庫。
